Catherine Hartigan comes to Dóchas Midwest Autism Support with extensive operational and managerial experience in the catering and hospitality industry; based in Limerick City with clients both nationally and internationally. She also has experience working in the area of community facilitation with the Parent’s Support Programme and the Community Mothers Programme.
Catherine is the manager of The Maker’s Room, an innovative food and hospitality social enterprise offering appropriate training, work experience and employment opportunities for adults with autism.
Catherine brings her passion for excellence in training, service, hospitality and food, combined with her belief that in the appropriate surroundings with the correct supports everyone is capable of achieving their potential.
