Audrey Byrnes, Parent Support recently appointed Training & Career Development Coordinator. Audrey’s career began in finance. After taking time out for her family, she retrained and earned a professional development qualification in Advocacy from University College Cork and a QQI Diploma in Advice and Advocacy.
Her passion for autism inclusion drives education and advocacy for the autistic community. At Dóchas on Parnell Street she will meet parents or guardians needing support. She offers advice on entitlements, education, services, therapies, and future opportunities such as training and employment.
